Default CEL surprise

I have a P0740 code that sets constantly for the last 5 years. It's the actual clutch and I won't take it apart just to fix something that's really not important. However, she's been running a little ragged lately so I decided to scan it to see what's up. Oops!

P1594 - system voltage too high
P0135 - 02 sensor 1/1 heater circuit malfunction
P0740 - torque converter clutch
P0442 - small evap leak
P0455 - large evap leak
P0305 - cylinder #5 misfire

Time for a little maintenance work I guess.

The alternator looks new, but I don't remember changing it ever. The 02s are original so that's not surprising. I can smell the evap leak on cold startup and the misfire is only after I idle for a while. Not too bad after a hard winter and the way I use it. I've got the check my grounds for the voltage problem.

My major problem is the flex cables to the doors. 3 of them have broken wires in them and the windows don't work if the doors are open. Not bad for an 18 YO jeep!
