Thanks guys! Ooooohhhh I have plans!. First if all it will ALWAYS be full bodied. This year will be slow progress but really because it works so well.
On my immediate list is a rear traction bar. I have some material already and I good to have that going soon. I also good to have a cage done soon. Going to be internal. Thought about a hybrid, but am going to go all internal, and down the road a bit just make a roof halo to keep from bashing the corners in on a roll. Then a small/mini boatside to get rid of what's left of my rockers.
Then the really fun stuff. All the front inner fender is going to get cut out to make room for shock hoops and tire clearance. The front axle can go forward 2 more inches, and I want to run ORI struts. This should happen over winter.
Then probably the following year will be linking the rear and running ORI's out back. Although I really do love the simplicity and am debating just running a longer, more offset leaf. My wheelbase is currently 106.5", with the front done it will be roughly 109" and with the rear done 112"
Once the front is done I will be able to get it back down a bit too and back to a 22" belly with decent uptravel.

Glad it will stay full bodied. I'm not entirely a fan of the chop top yet. Get those boatsides done ASAP I wanna see your take on those. And how you tie you cage into the frame. ORI's are **** man I'll still be watching this build for sure

you've had that bj front in there for awhile now. how's it holding up? its impossible to find kp60's for less than 1g up here stock. so i figure next best thing is a bj60. just curious. also glad you're keeping it full bodied. really appreciate you coming back here to update as well, thanks. have fun with the new plans.

I sold my king pin axle for 900$, and paid 300$ for the BJ one Im running now. So no brainer there.
I also appreciate the comments guys. I dont come on here much anymore but want to keep my build thread going, so Im glad you guys are checking on it.
The next steps are going to be slow, but pretty good. Should get fun.

It did. A friend of mine just did his. I told him to go easy, he drilled the fitting and shimmed the valve. When he ran it and turned the end of the power steering box blew off.

Hey so I drilled out the fitting to 7/32". It seams like it has more power but now the pump is whining at 2,000 rpm. Could it just be air in the line or is something wrong.

uh...it's probably because you drilled out the pressure fitting...did you bleed the system fully? (20+ turns lock to lock with engine off)

general consensus is don't drill out the PS fitting...

Hmmm... dident realize that most people say not to drill it out. CT67_72 did it with no issues so I figured I would give it a shot. I bled the system but not with the engine off.

drive it around some more and see if it bleeds any more. If you still have an issue just grab another HP fitting at the junkyard and swap it.
