yes center to center. It's based on 4.5" lift I think but over the years I changed the measurements when I swapped in a Dana 44 (LP axle) so I sorta had to start over and made my own parameters.

I can't tell you how good it feels to be rid of that straight junk. They were a nightmare right out of the box. I had forgotten, but the hardware they sent with it was a complete joke, hard to install, and to remove...they put these stupid tabs on them, to "help" keep them on, I guess, but when taking them off, I remembered how much of a PITA it was to install, too...you cant put a wrench on them, I had to get a pair of vice grips on them to remove...so to all you RC lovers, you can have it. Ridiculous.
