Did a little work yesterday, not as much as I would have liked, as I had to work some OT, but had some daylight left and took advantage of it. Got the passenger side hub and knuckle off, and pulled the shaft.

Knuckles had some divots on the brake pad guides

So, I grabbed the welder, filled in, ground down, and polished with a flap wheel...problem solved, LOL

Going to buy a shop press this morning, just waiting for them to open...HF, but it will do the job. Also it's on sale for $134.99, and since it's mother's day, I have a coupon good for today only, for an additional 25% off! Just hope it fits in the car, LOL

Lookin' good, Roni!
I thought those dents where the pads ride were factory... lmao... I wonder if any of the stainless clips from other vehicles fit.
Any luck with the ball joint? I cut mine out. Sucked ***. I know what it's like lol

Not yet...had to work last weekend, and then had mother's day, so not much was done last weekend. Looks like I might be working the weekend again this week, and Sunday is a wash due to a large family gathering. Hopefully I won't have to work, but it's starting to look like I am.

You seem to have identified that "work" and "family" are interfering with your Jeep life. Have you considered cutting them out? They seem like bad influences.

I feel your pain man. Was trying to get today off to go wheelin' for my birthday... didn't happen. I did get someone to come in for me at 4 so I can at least head to a local spot though.
