Yeah, that is why when cummins releases a product it just flat works.. We beat them in every way possible and even some that arent possible to see what breaks, then we make them better.. We even run one with 265 degree coolant and then flush it with 40 degree water in like 5 seconds to test the heads and head gaskets.. Talk about hard on an engine!!! Yikes

The amount of flex your jeep has is insane!! I really only wanted to do 3 inches but Man that thing is like a freaking slinky.. (just got done lookin at your build thread) Is that all with short arms?? Your pics wont load/ or aren't available to me.. Photobucket sucks IMHO..
Great lookin jeep my friend..

Well i scrapped all the pieces of the jeep that werent going to be reused.. Im going to start this week by working out the under hood wiring.. Im going to begin by removing the PCM and all associated wiring.. I dont know if im going to try and keep the factory guage cluster or just throw some Autometers in it.. Depends on what i figure out with the under hood wiring.. I didnt get anything done with it so far this weekend.. I caught up on the house work so i should be free to do this properly.. I also got clearance from the wife to buy the much needed adapter for the trans.. so i should be in business with the LS mockup soon.. Wish me luck with the wiring... That is the only part of a rig i hate working on..

Here is a pic of the bellhousings side by side.
The porch and level used for the straight edge are both perfectly level. There is exactly one inch difference between the two.

Another pic of the hole in the block.. I picked pieces of liner out of the inner fender/front support when i cleaned it.. Must have been crankin when it cut loose
