Yea those are the ones that we normally run, we took a wrong turn off of the top of 15 trying to find "little mule" and thats how we ended up on 38. Definitely not a trail I want to do again!....

Yea, it is duplicolor rattle can. Actually, now that I know how to prep for it it is actually pretty good stuff. It took a little over a can's worth to paint what you see. I didn't plan on paint the front fenders the way I did but the clear coat was peeling pretty badly on the driver side so I said to heck with it and painted the whole thing. Now that I did I like it though.

Well, some ***hole decided to do a hit and run and left me with a nice dent in my new tailgate and a broken tail light. I guess the only consolation is that they hit my bumper
serves them right. I had already replaced the tail light by the time I took the picture so my little bro is holding it up.
I also added a picture of what it looks like now with paint, flares back on, and front bumper mounted. Roof rack is at powder coaters and should be back soon.

I also now have a working parking brake after doing the rear disc swap... I will try and get pics of how I did it up soon.

Digging the bedliner on it, although I think I would have gone up a few more inches to the bottom of the windows/hood line. Looks good, though! And yeah, that Bumper looks strong, hope they screwed their car up good!

K so FINALLY I am getting around to how I hooked up my parking brake. Pretty simple. Make sure whenever you are doing the conversion to get the parking brake cables from the Grand Cherokee as well. They will come in handy!
I used one of the factory grand cherokee brake lines and ran it to the driver side brake. Like so...

Since the Grand Cherokee has the cables running from the middle the passenger side would not reach. So, I cut the end off of the Grand Cherokee cable and the end off of my cable and used cable ties purchased from Lowe's to connect the two like so.

I then connected both to the factory adjuster and wrenched away until the cables just started to pull on the brakes.

The cables are a little uneven this is because of the way the passenger side cable is put together. With a little more measuring they could be evened up but in the heat of the summer working on a black asphalt driveway....I was happy just to get them working.
