havent been doing anything. I havent wheeled in who knows how long. I guess it's just a combination of a little water in it and burnt oil from towing. The locker started to act a little funny so I thought I had better investigate before something really bad happens. The gears look good. Tonight I will inspect locker. Clean everything once more and replace the oil with HD 85-140w oil for towing.

Well, new oil didn't take care of it....in fact, it seemed to make it worse.
So I called Eaton and it's still under warranty so...
Out she comes.

The first one I had I built it....after many offroad trips I learned more about what I really wanted and designed the second one. Unfortunately I no longer had the time or place to build it so a friend built it and the front bumper for me.
It uses the hitch plates from my hitch as well as the factory bolt holes. I have towed several cars with it no problem!
