well it's pieced together, so it really depends on what you want

0-8" front Upper and Lower CA and 1.5-3.5" Rear adj. shackles can be found on http://www.ironman4x4fab.com/ - 250+130+S&H

got the 6.5" coils (100) and 4.5" rear springs (130) from ebay, they're RC
2" coil spacers were 20 on ebay
6" brakelines from quadratec was approx. 50?
hack n tap kit was approx 120 w/ driveshaft? off ebay
6-8" drop pitman was 30 off ebay
R.R. HD crossover was approx 120? off ebay
4-8" swaybar disco's for 30 on ebay
shocks about 120 from the local offroad unlimited

so you're talkin about a grand, if you wanna go 7" leaves instead of 4.5" then it will be about 500 more, and more if you want 8" coils and no spacer, so it just depends on how you build it. course if you fab good, then you can make the CA n shackles cheaper, and fab up the spacers, sway bar discos and steering for cheaper

forgot the vondors name exactly but it had electronics in the name, found it on ebay, haven't seen the exact same one anymore, they make some now that don't fully wrap around the side, i will try to find out once i get a good internet connection and pm you. But just go on ebay and type in xj winch bumper, you should find some good stuff. The only thing i don't like, is that there is not much room for lights, i have been contemplating on welding a stinger on to put some lights on....but i gotta learn how to weld first

and Thanks AhhAndy, i c your an enthusiast your self, been through 3 jeeps so far? nice this one's my second, first one was an 89 with 4" trailmaster and 33 tsl's, un-stop-able

yeah i think that is the same one i have, it's made by a good friend of mine who calls his shop Roxolid and that bumper is called the Crawler i think. he just started making the Crawlers again and we were talking about putting a stinger or brush bar on mine so i could mount my Hellas. he mentioned selling bolt on hoops for them, let me know if you're interested and i'll get you in contact with him, i'm sure he would be more than willing to work something out with you. his name is Patrick by the way.

here's mine on my last trail rig..

ahh, yeah, that's the one. nice rig by the way yeah, i've been asked about my bumper a lot, and went looking on his web site before and couldn't find them anymore, good to know he is making them again, i'll have to let the people who have asked know. I may want to do some kind of stinger as well. shoot me some pics when you get your's don so i can see how it looks. my other option was cutting the front part of the bumper to put some recessed lights in. but i've never used a plasma cutter....guess i could use a cutoff wheel?, but then the bumper wouldn't be as structurally sound as it is now.....

Plasma cutting is way easy but I bet if u took it back to that guy he could cut it and gusset it real easy. Then you would keep your strength and have your lights without restricting air flow or having wires exposed to branches. (Lights on a stinger).

i honestly don't think you're going to hurt the structural integrity of that bumper enough to matter as over built as those are. that thing weighs 183 lbs. lol. if you're going to be cutting anywhere near the clevis tabs or mounting brackets i would gusset it some though.

True on both accounts you guys. The main thing is me having to get a plasma cutter, and learning how to use it....

this ought to be fun. i'll have to think about it for a bit thought, cause things like that aren't reversible, except with some more dough. thanks for the input though guys!
