Some pics of the floor pans.
the rust was all the way through
back by the leaf mount
pass side floorpan is rusted away
a bunch of rust flakes in the rails
started cutting it all out
both sides cut completely out
I left the tranny tunnel intact
the only thing left original is the tunnel
luckily the rails are not rusted
I broke one of the tranny mount bolts, this shows the top of it
the tools i used to do the floorpans
this is the material I used for the floor pans, it's aluminum roofing
this stuff was 10$ from a local repurpose store and i could always take this out and weld in proper sheet later.
tin snips and a board for a straight edge/form brake and I'm in business
I cut it all square, bent it all straight and rivoted it in.
