Default Shifting problems

Please help,

So I was on my way to work today hit a larger puddle, and didn't think much of it. About two miles down the road I felt it shifting funny and when I was idling ring at a red light it was idling kind of funny. I just replaced the transmission in June of this year can anyone help me with what might be wrong?

NSS could have gotten wet. The main plug on the transmission harness could have gotten water in it as well. See if it goes back to normal again after it dries out.

The Throttle Position Sensor may have gotten wet. The TPS does not tolerate being wet.

The TCM uses the TPS outputs for shifting strategy and the PCM uses its outputs for engine performance management.

If you elect to replace the TPS I recommend a MOPAR unit, but an Echlin from NAPA at least. I've had no luck with other brands of TPS'.
