I have no idea which way you were going with that? were you meaning they are better, or worse than then modern merican muscles? you cant tell me a single stock honda that can compete with an american muscle. how ever I could show you 2000+ that will beat one modified vs stock, but thats not fair. mod vs mod, muscle will still beat a honda.

well thats enough honda in my thread...back to my jeep.
got my tracking number for the AEM, so it wasnt some sort of scam.
ordering my plug-n harness tomorrow, everything should be here tuesday...gonna try and have the jeep in the exhaust shop on monday.
sold some interior pieces so build total is currently at $2490. but I have added more stuff to the 'pending' transactions. hopefully that will come through.
i only need to sell $390 worth of stuff to be at my pre-blown up cost. 500 after that to be at the original cost. the parts jeep has officially paid for itself. I got a free drivetrain, interior, and wheels and will probably make some cash on top of that.
Im gonna try and wait to add in my recent extra costs, until I put them on and they are functioning, (or I at least receive them)

The 68 Pontiac Firebird my dad and I built loved Hondas.
Ricer: "How old is that thing??"
Me:" It's a 68. "
Ricer:" That thing have much power at all?"
They usually found out. Hahaha. Like stated earlier, I can't help but hate the kids who throw a shiny muffler tip and a fiberglass body kit on their five speed honda/mitsu/mazda and then try to show up of those "Old junkers" they see around. (Which are really American Classics........)
Anyway, nice progress on the Jeep, very excited still to see the end result.

One dude made a comment on how the kid with his shiny exhaust tip thought he owned the fastest car in the county, and I followed up with my aforementioned comment.

IMO some very few hondas are nice when people put in hard work and do them right but you wont see me driving one because of the fact that theyre on 4 cylinders and you can only make a certain amount of power with 4 cylinders when you can build a nice V8 and whoop any honda around except the civette i give that guy credit a corvette 350 in a civic

trust me man, you have no idea. I had a few offers to buy it while its been sitting, and I couple times, I even went to get the trailer just to haul the thing in for scrap. but Im really hoping it pays off. Im willing to bet that its the best jeep out out there (for what I want, not saying everyones picture of an ideal jeep) when its done.
the plan is for it to be running before monday, then Im going to drive it, open down pipe, to the exhaust shop to be postponed at least until friday, but my luck another month.
