did you have to drill out the knuckles or will you have to?

EDIT: I guess my question is that is the tie rod length any different in length than stock one?

His bar length is 47" and hole to hole is 50 3/8"

Are you going to run a steering stabilizer shock with those Heims? If your whole steering is going to be made out of Heims you have no need for it

Stock as in D30? or the Stock Waggy D44 that I am removing... I am not sure on the D30 length so I don't know that one.

I am not going to run a stabaizer, I haven't hed one on since my Axle swap (ran one for maybe 30 mine and it was just in the way... lol

Also with Hydraulic assist I wont ever need one

Yep, with the jam nut on and about 3-4 threads out.... set mine at dead spec for toe

(this is for a D44)
