^Sick approach angle
, wish I'd done a little more homework before building my bumper. Thinking I might wanna spend some time thinking about approach before Moab. Dude, your rig just keeps getting sicker all the time!
Almost forgot, digging the new fairlead, who makes it again?

I had a friend get them cut for me, they saved the templates and should be able to cut them out for people if needed, they are a "grind" to fit as they are cut from a flat piece of steel and the rails are not flat.... JMAX can give you details if you PM him on here.
Thanks! Nope, Still waiting on the pistons...

any way they could scan or draw the templates and upload them? Those would be awesome to have when it came time to do mine.

Well, I wiped out my new Durango box... IDK if its the steering binding with flex, or the locker binding the steering or what... but its time to get the stress off the box. Ordered my hydraulic assist steering stuff today. Excited to get it!
I went with a 1.5"X8" ram. the 1.5" should give me a little faster response for street driving while still being good off-road. Ordered the Trail-Gear Rock assault kit threw Low Range Off-road. (discount threw my work
)\

I have also noticed I have a harder time turning on the street and off-road at idle or close to idle... SO I am also installing a smaller pulley to boost idle pressure/volume which should cure that as well.

Well I took it out last weekend and beat on it a little bit. Ripped off my pass rear flare again, and my steering box is bad. Which is why all the upgrades posted above. Here is a video a buddy put together of some of it. the camera man had a few drinks of cool-aid and thats why its a bit odd in some spots
Ended up winching over the "Eagles Nest" at the end. Maybe one day lol

Well my Assist kit is here!
looks good, decided I was going to get this mount kit as it is beef and has the skid build into it.

Its made by Cutthoat4x4.com
The rod ends for my new shift linkage for the T/case. Doing this setup

Chevy S10 231 shift tab.

i have been thinking of going with a smaller pulley. do you think it could do damage at higher rpm's though? you could go ricer style too and get a pulley with built in fan blades.

no problem.
LOL there are super cool bright blue and red ones with fan cut supports for twice the price
No I don't think it can/will as the fluid will just pump faster and the pressure relief valve may open sooner but its made to do so. the pump has a pretty cool internal setup with very little wearing/friction parts that would be affected by a faster rpm speed. plus I never rev my motor very high, so it shouldn't see any higher RPM then most people when they rev there's high getting on the freeway ect...
