Well, I measured my spare D44 shafts, out of a Grand Wagoneer... figured I would post them for records for my self and the odd chance someone would need to know them lol
Short side is 25.5", with 10" stub so inner shaft is 15.5" long u-joint center to end
Long aide is 42", with 10" stub so inner shaft is 32" long u-joint center to end
Stub was measured, 10" from tip to center of U-joint.
And just because I like to, here are pics of such a boring topic lol

Well, I got my rear frame stiffeners on, they fit pretty well. I had a rough time with the welder tonight so don't hate on the welds to much

Well, Today I got the Front stiffener on, Welded on track bar bracket, Tied the stiffener into the front bumper brackets, and decided to relocate my limit straps to give me about 4" more down travel from current location, made the track bar and mounted it all up! All done with the help of Jmax
The angle is off 3* Its not horrible but not perfect. I may end up doing the axle side bracket again just to make it dead nuts... but haven't decided yet, and the driving charicteristics haven't changed from before (had no complaints)
Anyhow here it is
Removed everything in the way....

Then got-er-done!

I didn't do much today.. but I paid someone to Detail it and make it look all pretty! after about 10 trips and living out of it 3-4 times on those trips It was getting pretty dusty and dirty. So fresh and So clean clean!
had to take pics as it NEVER looks this clean inside lol

I'm still thinking if you get rid of the drop pitman arm the angles will be dead on ***** accurate. And easier then redoing the axle side bracket.

^Sick approach angle
, wish I'd done a little more homework before building my bumper. Thinking I might wanna spend some time thinking about approach before Moab. Dude, your rig just keeps getting sicker all the time!
Almost forgot, digging the new fairlead, who makes it again?
