Im running Chevy wonton tie rod ends, not heims, so instead of drilling and reaming I decided to use tapered inserts which requires drilling to 7/8ths. I bought an entire new drill bit set off amazon for $25 bucks. The bits were awesome.

One of my favorite things about your Jeep.... the excellent choices in suspension and other components you chose... .and then the hodge-podge of roof rack cross bars on top

Lol, I've been meaning to take the one crossbar off. The reason it hasn't come off is because I have no key, and it's locked. it bugs me too.

Will post more photos when it's dry and bolted on the jeep tomorrow.

Duplicator bedliner in the aerosol can (blue can). Its by far the best rattle can bed liner, I've used it and a few other brands for other projects. Holds up well and easy to touch up when it gets scratched. Reasonable durable as well.

Thanks by the way.
