I run no sway bar and no stabilizer because I have hair on my man parts
The truth is I've been running stock steering (no swaybar or stabilizer) with a "heavy duty" tierod, 35's wrapped around 15" wheels with rock rings filled with about 12oz of balance beads. I've ran her down the highway at 80 no shaking issues. Every now and then I'll get a minor tire shake which is because the beads aren't settled properly. It usually goes away after a few seconds.
I haven't done a full test drive with my teraflex steering. I took her down the road for a quick shakedown but nothing really faster than 25 maybe 30mph. Felt nice and tight, no wandering what-so-ever. I have about 1/8th" of toe-in which I've always had luck with. Since the tires naturally want to be pulled apart when driving (toe'd out) I compensate with a little extra toe-in which should give me almost even toe when driving. I've found that big and wide tires tend to respond better to a little more toe-in. It's good to experiment with it since there is no exact measurement that works for every rig.

I'll report back after my full test drive
Im thinking my issue is not enough caster, that doesnt explain the shake but it does explain the wandering and light steering.
Im going to put another degree or two of caster in it and rotate the tires front to back and see what happens.
I run quite a bit of negative caster. I've never experienced death wobble in my rig with the way I have it aligned. Post pics of your axle so I can see your caster angle.

Negative caster??
Specs call for 5-7* of positive caster. To get the caster negative your pinion would be pointing way up.
I should have specified that it's not actually negative lol. I don't remember exactly what my caster degree is but it's not within spec. It's maybe 2-3* positive caster IIR. I did quite a bit of experimenting on my alignment rack to get the caster dialed to where I like it
Did you run into issues with the upper control arm mount hitting the tub? Probably not since you have frame stiffners That add 3/16" there...
No, but its extremely close. It was a little bit of a pain to get the washer and nut on the top side because there is very little clearance.
I could see how it would make contact if you didnt have stiffeners, shouldnt take too much work to get it to clear though. Maybe a little hammer persuasion.

Took a punch and a hammer and went to town. It clears now.
I think the bad vibration I was getting were from the balancing beads not breaking open yet.
You put them inside the tire and they are in a thin plastic bag. You throw the whole bag in and let it break open on its own. Well I think it finally broke open. Not getting that bad steering wheel vibration anymore, still a little vibe which I think is the front driveshaft being maxed out.
Could have been the issue. I poured mine in loose. Pretty sure when they're in a bag you're supposed to drive slow so the bag tumbles inside your tire and breaks open.

Put a couple more degrees of positive caster in the front axle today after work. Jeep drives MUCH better on the road now, doesn't wander nearly as much and the steering isn't as light.
