Ahhh, yeah... you aren't far off at all. Definitely an illusion. You're probably good. Just ride her out and see how she does.

Happen to drive it to work today?

No I didnt drive it to work unfortunately. Im bringing it in tomorrow for an actual alignment.

I misplaced a brake caliper bolt so I had to get a couple of those this morning before I drive it.

Some of what youre seeing is an optical illusion of the clearance bend in the drag link. If you go mounting point to mounting point they are pretty darn close.

That looks pretty close. I wanted a better steering angle and brakes so I went with a WJ knuckle swap and I think it was totally worth it, pretty expensive though.

I've definitely been eyeballing a WJ swap and rear discs. The brakes were crap-tastic with the 30" tires I used to have on it. I can only imagine with 35's.

Do it.

With the 4.88's and the jeep in 4-low it idled up my driveway without touching the gas. Cant wait to see how it does offroad.

I have the set that is on the other Cherokee too, but I just can't cut up my fenders... my green jeep is so clean still

Im definitely going to have to do some trimming and make some more clearance when I get this thing flexing. The rear should be fine, but flexing with the wheels turned is going to be tight.

Got the extended brake lines in the mail today so I should have some flex shots pretty soon.

Glad your came in finally. Mine are as short as they can go right now on about a 5 inch lift which puts the tire right in the middle of the wheel well. I am interested to hear how Lack's set his up.

Just the one for the upper link on the axle side.

Speaking of which, I either got a bad joint or the snap ring in that joint wasn't seated all the way. The front axle had play back and forth, got looking under there and the snap ring is no longer in place and the joint is separated.

I'm thinking the snap ring must not have been seated all the way and when there was load put on the axle it came apart. Looks like I'll be pulling that upper link and hopefully it is just a matter of putting it back together.

If not it looks like I'll be buying a rebuild kit from curry.

The poly bushings came in a bag with all the other hardware when I got my kit.

Unfortunately when it comes to pre orders the first kits that go out are usually the test dummies. I was missing components on my kit as well.

There was a tear at the end of the box and I believe they fell out.
