Yeah, I think you should be fine. I have the RE1555's coming. They are technically for a YJ, but fit the XJ's as well.

How much lift are you going to be running?

4.5" re spring up front and I'm actually about to buy another jeep and rob the leafs off the back which I believe to be from an re 5.5" kit. I think it's 3.5" leaf and 2" shackle.

Well, I never thought this day would come.

Jeep is filthy, I'm filthy but it drives!!! Still have a handful of small items to wrap up but the bulk of the work is done!

I was thinking that too. But im not very well versed on steering angles. I know you want them as parallel as possible, im assuming it may cause some bump steer with how it is now?

Some of what youre seeing is an optical illusion of the clearance bend in the drag link. If you go mounting point to mounting point they are pretty darn close.
