Quote: HURRY UP!!! I'm patiently waiting for this suspension build!

BTW, what size square tubing did you use to run from your sliders to your frame? I was thinking 2x2 or 2x3.
Call cav fab for me, tell them your concern and ask that they expedite my 3-link. Thanks

Its 2x2 1/4 wall for the slider braces.

I'll keep that in mind ! I almost want to run around 4 2x2 supports, tie them together and mini boat side it but that's almost overkill... but it would be so kewllllllllllll. Hooligan has a pretty awesome boatside kit but between their overpriced material and shipping, I'll pass.

I dont think it will be overkill, I plan on running another support in the middle after I get my 3 link. Wanted to fit the crossmember up before I do that so I dont run into any interference issues.

I never had a thing for cut fenders, but the more and more I see them (as long as it's done well), I think I might end up doing that. We don't have inspections in MI, and I like throwing **** at everyone.

We don't have inspections, but highway patrol can pull you over for it if they want to. I agree that it looks good when done right.

One of my buddies. Since mine is in hibernation mode, we had to take something out there.

Its a 90' XJ.

5.5 coils, dakota leafs, 2" rear stretch, 35" MTR's, full roll cage, etc.

Pretty nice rig, still running stock gears and no lockers which is going to change pretty soon.

Nice! How'd he do the rear stretch running dakota leafs? New leaf spring hanger bracket or what?
