Good quality man. Would never really know a phone was taking any of those shots.
If you're looking for an upgrade, you can pick up a Nikon D3000 DSLR body on the cheap. My wife has one and it's a pretty good entry-level camera. Of course, you can use any lense with it that the high-dollar DSLR cameras run too so that's a plus. I bought my wife her camera about 5 years ago in a "kit" that came with the bag, a tripod, 2 lenses, how-to dvds, and a couple other little things for $300 bucks brand-new. So I know you can probably pick up a d3000 body for probably about 150.
