havent got to much done do to sickness and torching my eyes on another welding project. WERE A HOOD STUPID
anyway cut out old shock mounting location and put in pipe where the new mounting is going to be. just laid shocks in there so you can get the point. havent located a rear axle yet but should hopefully get one this weeked. i am relocating axle 3in back and shocks will be mounted on top instead of below. so i brought them through the floor. when i get axle then i can dial in where exactly they will be mounted and at what angle if any.

got my front yesterday. im really happy with it. u joints are good, ball jointas are good, lock outs are good, pulled cover a bit to see fluid and it was supper clean. so for $250 i did reall good
i think i decided on a dana 60 in rear because it will have 8 bolt axles where the 9in wouldnt. guy said he will have one out be friday. $200 for rear.
so ill have $450 in both front and rear axles. not to shabby

Was looking at boughten coil buckets and lower link brackets. to expensive. looks like im guna make them all except for maybe upper control arm mounts. might buy them. and im guna buy high steer arms and have an actuall machine shop machine my flat top knucklles and tap them

love this build just spent an hour going through all 31 pages!
i like how as soon as you got a new dd, you just went to town on all the mods you where thinking about.
but whatever happened to the bright *** orange????

im can never make up my mind. i have a gallong of one stage hugger orange and a gallong of ppg hot rod (flat) black.
ive never been close enough to being done to actually worry about paint. im getting there though. hell i might do flat black body and bright orange exo now. or opposite. still havent decided
