Now the hottest she gets us a tick above 210,perfect. And when I keep the throttle at 1k (as if I had the fast idle switch hooked up) it cools right down. I couldn't be happier now. I don't have to worry about the jeep getting hot anymore.
I would suggest the zj clutch and a 160deg tstat to anyone who wants their xj to run a little cooler in the summer. This is definitely NOT something you can do to stop overheating issues. That's something you need to diagnose and repair. And I wouldn't suggest running this tstat in the winter. When the colder months come a 195 tstat will go back in.

L&L winch bumper will be here TOMORROW!!! EXCITMENT ANYONE?? lol
Go figure my buddy mike's lamps for baking powder coat just took a crap. So I'll be going a different direction with the paint. I'll be using spray on bedliner on the bumper, and lime green plasti dip for the d-ring for the time being. When he gets a new set of lamps I'll be powder coating the d rings. I already ordered daystar d ring isolators so they won't be hitting against the bumper. And the isolators will help to stop the chipping when the d rings are in use.. Not that it's a big deal since I can simply peel the dip when it gets too beat up..
I need suggestions for HIGH QUALITY spray on bedliner. You guys already know I'm not too fond of the stuff. But the finish would be perfect for the bumper Imo and I'd like something permanent on the bumper so that's why I'm going this route.

I've heard of all of those but does the raptor liner come in a can? What about the duplicolor truck bed liner in a can that they have at Pep boys. I know they have a regular grade and a "professional" grade...
I want it to have texture but I don't want it to be like chunky. I want it to be consistent. Last time I used bedliner it was the roll on crap and it was just that.. Crap! Lol

I used the Duplicolor bed liner in an aerosol before and it sprayed nice and looked good when I did my roof rack rails. It feels like medium grit sand paper and doesn't really last that long as far as durability and moisture issues. I feel roll on is a longer lasting option. Herculiner was very easy to work with when I did my floors. Sure the smell can be a bit intense, but the durability is awesome.

Soo... I might have gone on a little snap on spending spree yesterday... Hehe
Got a half inch mg725 $100 off after trading in my mac gun. Blue point ten piece small pliers to match my big blue point set. Snap on dead blow hammers. 24" snap on half inch flex wratchet. Blue point wratcheting selectable wrenches in standard. Set of torx t handles. Set of Allen t handles and a socket tray. Might even be forgetting a thing or two lol

My roll cart is getting nice and full. Got a great deal on a 1/4 gear wrench set from matco the other day, and traded in my mac 1/2" wratchet that kept breaking for a power probe micro torch kit and a set of grey pneumatic standard 1/2 sockets
But my big stationary box still has some empty drawers. I'll be in debt for a while.. But the tools make the money!

Just like JerseyJeeper said, the Duplicolor bedliner in a can does not hold up well when it comes to durability. I used this on my rockers and a month or two later I noticed it was soaked with moisture. It rained for a few days and the stuff just soaks it right up and I could literally just peel it off! I did 7-10 coats of it too to make sure it was good.
Don't get me wrong, it looks and feels good when it's dry but I'm peeling mine off and plasti-dipping instead.
