I did 7-10 coats of it too to make sure it was good. Don't get me wrong, it looks and feels good when it's dry but I'm peeling mine off and plasti-dipping instead.
Yeah see I'm torn between just dipping it, or bedlining...

I'm thinking about doing this. Dipping the bumper black. It will look great and when my buddies new powder coating lamps come in it will be as easy as peeling the old dip and then powder coating. If I bedline it then it will be a pain in the *** I'm sure to get off and get clean to wider coat. That's the direction I'm going now.

Exactly, I'm trying to figure out a way in which I can take it off the easiest. I may just wait 'till it rains again and then peel/scrape gently it all off. Either that or power wash it and I'm sure it'll come off with the pressure.

Nope, it's a direct replacement. You install it the same way you would any plain replacement for your fan clutch. 4 ½" bolts hold the fan+clutch to the pulley, hold the fan with a prybar/screwdriver loosen them.. When you have it out you need to get the clutch off of the fan, another 4 ½" bolts. Take them out and you can separate the clutch from the fan. Installation is the same. But backwards.

Here it is! The bumper looks awesome. The welds are great it's just what I wanted!

Now for the bad part.. I knew that the stinger wouldn't be welded on, but the angles aren't even cut in the dom!! If they were cut I would feel confident enough to weld in on.. But not I'm going to have to get it welded on, costing more $... But it's not that big of a deal. The bumper came out great and it was worth the wait for sure!

The tube is HREW btw. I'm gonna mess with it tomorrow and try to fit it on the bumper.

Yeah I remember him saying it was dom I thought so.. I really like the bumper o just really thought the angle would be cut in the stinger that's really a bummer. Me and a local forum member are going to tackle it Sunday. I want to paint it and put it on so bad but I can't paint anything until the stinger is welded
