Looks good so far! I just finished converting my '92 2WD to 4WD about a month ago! If you have any questions along the way feel free to ask! I'd be happy to at least lend advice.
For everyone that says doing the 4x4 conversion isn't worth the work, they're WRONG! I got my Cherokee in a trade, for my old Warn Winch. Not only did the previous owner give me the '92 Laredo, but also a trans, transfer case, front axle and drive shafts out of an '89 XJ. I decided not to use the front axle he gave be because it had the vacuum disconnect on it, so instead I found a dana 30 from a '95 Cherokee. Everything involved in the swap was relatively easy and it's runny great now. Just tying up some loose ends now. I'll have to post up some pictures of my XJ when I get a chance.
