Yes. I wanted to be able to remove it if it got damage, or the windshield needed to be replaced.

I'll post pics of the fender cuts.

I never thought about making it removable. Also, what's the plan for sealing the roof? Just squeeze some rtv in there and bolt it down? I'm trying to figure out how to have mine done so that it won't leak.

I'm going to pick up some rubber and sandwich in there and RTV the bolts. Probably just going to cut open a motorcycle tube and use that.

The hood holes are not dimpled. They are just straight holes with some sort of plastic computer wiring inserts.

He said he had the fender on and off about 100 times. LOL He said he has 2 days in cutting them...

I'm gonna give him a little extra money tomorrow. I'm beyond impressed with that fit.
The fender is just hung on there which is why I think the body lines aren't matching up.

The part I'm most worried about on the cage install is the fender cutting.

I have rear quarter armor that I need to get fitted. It's all cut out. I just need to heat and fit it to the roll of the body.
I need rear bump stops and front limit straps.
A rear tube bumper will come at the end of the year/first of next year.
I am planning a cam/head before 2021 when I plan on a trip to Rubicon trail/Fordyce/Moab

He asked me if I wanted him to cut the fenders. I said YES! I am scared. He said he was scared too. I said "It'll be easy for you since it's not yours" HAHAHA

I thought a good bit about it. Went with Gloss black. Easy to repair if it needs touching up. I'm not all flashy anyway. lol

Picked it up Friday. Sorry no pictures. Threw it up on the trailer and drove straight to the powder coater. It's home in the garage safe and sound.
Now to find time to get the interior painted. The Powder won't be done for a couple of weeks, so I have some time.
