Yes sir. Still undecided on how to make it work though. Thinking of sectioning the headliner at the tubes, but need to make it look good.
I took the plastic part of the sound bar off, attempted to measure all the holes, cut the holes and then folded it in half long ways to match the V on my harness bar and shoved it in. The headliner itself looks fine from the ordeal, but I didn't quite get the holes perfectly placed and accidentally broke the rear view mirror off the windshield in the process because I didn't notice it had gotten stuck then tried to get it out of the way and pop.
When all the seats and interior panels aren't in there, its amazing at how much bracing there is inside. Do you know how much extra weight all that tubing was from that kit?

I would estimate a couple hundred pounds, but no more than that.
Well progress is finally made on the paint for the interior part of the cage.
Loaded it up on the trailer Friday and took it to my buddies house and started masking everything.
An hour and a half later, it was ready to put the epoxy primer on.
Primer on and time for lunch!
Laid down the base coat of Sparkle silver.
Here it is with Matte clear on it. The clear took away from the sparkle. I was really wanting more flake in the paint, but it's on and done meow.
Purchased some duct insulation to put on the roof.
Got started cutting up the headliner.
Headliner is all done and cut up. I need to go pick up the Suede material from a friend and figure out some H-Moulding to put between the panels.
Here is how I left it last night. Installed some rock lights in the rear before I put the carpet in. I'll be able to do the rest after the headliner is covered.
As for the Overhead Console, I took the stock wiring out (Was easy since I had the dash and A-pillar trim apart)
I checked the OHC wiring and was able to unpin the plug and re-pin the original plug on the new wiring. Got it installed and ready.
I did not have the OHC bracket, so I got creative. I cut up the mount for the overhead light and grafted it on the OHC and it works like a charm.
Here are a couple of pictures of the mount grafted onto the OHC.
I should be picking up the headliner material Tuesday and I will be able to get more done this week.
That was pretty creative using part of the dome light for mounting the OHC.
You going to redo that too like the headliner?
Guessing you know this but going to mention it anyway.
The OHC separates into 4 pieces.

Oh by the way you do realize you saved about $30 to $35 by doing what you did to mount the OHC.
That seems to be the going rate for one on Ebay when they show up.

If I would have known where to buy a mount, I would have purchased one. I didn't look very hard though.
I sat and looked at it for a few minutes and went for it. Very happy that it turned out as well as it did.

They only show up from time to time on Ebay. I just can't get over the $30 price tag when they do.
That is why I tell people when doing stuff like this do your research first to know what parts are associated with it.
Then get it all and anything even remotely associated with the project. Better to have it and not need it then the other way around.
Glad it worked out for you.
As matter of fact you might want to do a little writeup.
Thinking I stalk Ebay and Craigslist like no one else. LOL.
Can't even begin to tell you how many times I see OHC's for sale without the bracket.
You figured out a perfectly good and cheap work around.
Might help other people.
Thinking just some info on exactly where you placed that on the OHC so everything lines up like it should.
