When I get around to it I want to build one like this. With the stock air box and a drop in K&N filter. I know we don't have much water here, but you never know where you will wind up.

Awesome! Thanks for the info.

And idk if I put a pic of these up yet. I need to buy an amp and wiring kit, and I found someone to install everything, and strip and retint the whole jeep for 170 3 year warranty(ultimate car and truck accessories, charged 240 for just stripping and tint on my jetta)

Nice pic. Also that seems like a good price. My tint was 200 and they didn't have to strip any old tent off (that sounds like a pain in the ***)

I was bored tonight so I drilled a hole in my roof. Then I mounted my cb antenna. Gotta finish up mounting the cb tomorrow and I will take a few pics. A 5 foot whip on the roof should get some decent range well hopefully once I get the cb peaked and tuned.

Stripping it is pretty easy if you don't have the defroster, then its interesting. I got a lifetime on my truck and for my sisters jeep and girls is was 150 but I also bargin with them too. Ill prob just tint my own when I get decide to do mine.

As for the amp and wiring kit ask jrock she was selling hers. For everything that not a bad price at all I assume that you are supplying the amp for that price.

This is what I am planning on doing for cold dry air. Ordered all the parts from Amazon for about 24 bucks.

I thought about doing that air inlet too, but went with the one in the cowl. I love those louvers... anyone know where to get them?
