I'm fixing my jeep and all its problems. Patched up some holes from my last cb mount. Fixing my cargo box, running a circuit mount for lights and whatever else, redoing my bumper with longer plates to grab the gearbox and homegrown alignment if not lifetime from firestone. And possible rear bumper too.

I might have to check it out I was messing with my other cb today seeing mount options and I found a real nice spot on the top next the the hinge right in the middle that would work perfect but if not ill do it off the spare tire carrier.

I don't see why it wouldn't still work

Other than the price. Why would you not want a selectable locker?

Pretty much just the price. I don't do a lot of crawling with mine any way so right now I can't justify spending that much money for something that would sit there and maybe get used once or twice. My Jeeps just a back woods go fast Jeep.

From the research I have done, the 8.25 uses the same carrier no matter which gear ratio you use. So, unlike a D30, the carrier (in your case your lsd) will not need to be replaced.

What intakes are you guys running? The engine in my 98XJ is stock and I'm debating on building a air intake or just getting a K&N style drop-in filter.
