No exact number, depends on the tire and rim. I would start at 20 psi, then go from there. On my old 35's, I used 8psi. On my 33's, 11psi seems about right.

Let's see how not airing down works for you when your bouncing around and can't get a grip. Plus you don't try anything that needs airing down, you like the easy stuff.
