LAS VEGAS XJ GROUP-----> 1st ROLL CALL.
Truss looks real good! I should almost have my jeep run-able in the next few weeks, were you guys going out again soon anytime? Also does anyone here like control arm drop brackets? I just picked up a kit that had them packaged in but now need to get the RE support bracket for it, I figured since I have them might as well bolt them up as long as I don't have to throw anymore money at it.
just tossing this out there to see if anyone is interested. Would anyone be willing to trade me stock shackles with new bushings or stock shaclkes +20 for my lift shackles? mine will do 1.5 or 2 in lift with a greaseable poly bushing. I may or may not be doing this deal depending on what leafs I end up buying and how they sit on my rig. Im trying to stay around 3.5 inches

Hey guys whats up! i figured i would introduce myself. Im Joe, i don't currently have an XJ but ive had 2 in the past and im looking to get another here shortly. I just recently moved to Vegas from Seattle. Right now I'm driving a 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS Turbo Sedan, looking to get the XJ so i can have a Jeep again! and to keep the miles off the toy. Anyways ill post a few pics of my Cobalt and my old XJ.
Im looking to get a 97-01 XJ Auto, 4x4, with decent mileage on it. I hunt craigslist everyday. I think my budget will be around 3500-4000.
Plans for it will be 4" lift, 32's, 03-06 Rubicon wheels, front and rear ARB bumpers, rock sliders, intake, catback, tinted windows for now then see how much more i want to do after i hang out with you guys haha. Anyways hope to be hanging out soon!
Heres my Cobalt

Welcome Joe! I grew up in Port Orchard and Puyallup. Not sure what side of town you're at but their is a silver 97+ on Hacienda and Fort Apache, across from Walmart, for sale. Sits on the corner by the gas station. The spare tire is mounted to the roof.

Welcome to the site. I also grew up in Puyallup. I like your old XJ. I bought my '99 XJ for $3600; stock with 125k. Puck just got his as well. There's usually a decent selection down here. Just keep an eye out until you find one you like.

Myself and a few other members live near Nellis AFB as well. I think pretty much every regular on this thread searches craigslist everyday lol. Ever thought of searching Utah for one? XJs are popular up there and modded for a reasonable price.
PS... If you find my old one I still have the keys

And ya i have looked in Phoenix, and San Diego area since there not too far away. I will check Utah as well. Hopefully find one with 120k miles-ish and not beat up too bad.
