Wow....better keep an eye on that new sender wire. One good bump and your serpantine belt is gonna eat it for lunch. At least it looks like it from the angle of the picture you posted.

Got in the jeep, started it up, I hear a CLANK CLANK CLANK GRRRRRRR so I shut it off immediately. Open the hood and see a hose wrapped in the mechanical fan... So I pull it out and no damage really. I look around and see that the coolant overflow/breather hose is missing so I reattach it. I will probably relocate the little slot they have for the hose to go through because it is right next to the mechanical fan. I guess it just somehow got caught in the fan it is running fine now though.

I gave the winch a little much needed love last night. After picking up the brand new 100 ft. 5/16" winch cable from Mr. Timmy (OleBlue) on Sunday I was set. So last night I pulled the end cap off my winch and to my surprise about a cup of rusty water ran out the end. So, what I thought would just be lubing up the engage/free spool switch, ended up being clean that whole end of the winch and gear drive out and re-pack it all with fresh grease. The engage/free spool switch works nice and smooth and easy, now. I think the winch might even be a little more quiet, too. Next I removed my Haus Fairlead and installed the Roller fairlead I had sitting on the shelf in the garage. Then, I got the new cable all spooled onto the winch drum and Bata Bing Bata Bang......ready to go wheeling again!!!!
