HELP!
The sleeve and bolt may be rusted together. It will spin and not come out. You may need to get a sawzall cut the head and the thread end then pry it out of the mount.

Try heating it up with a torch, it might break up any rust you have build up in there. heat does wonders on stubborn bolts.

Is there enough room between the mount and the control arm now that the bushing is kinda melted? The bolt may still be a littl to long to pull it straight out. May need to cut it shorter or spread the mount a little.

Yeah there is room, that's where I was trying to cut through to cut the bolt, it's like the bolt is too hard for the saw. I'm thinking grind the head and threaded end down to the mount try and spread it out, then try to pry it out from there. What do you guys think?

Also fighting with the lower sway bar mount, it snapped and won't budge, ground it down, but can't seem to drill it out, the bits just don't bite.

If you mean the giant torx head bolt on lower sway bar mount its pressed in. All the suspension hardware is hi grade **** and is gonna be a pain to get out (which you already know). Keep spraying it with pb and it will come out eventually.
