Default Xj coolant issue

I recently put a new thermostat , radiator cap, upper radiator hose and heater core hose and flushed the coolant in my 2000 xj and it runs fine keeps normal temp but as soon as I put it at a angle it starts spitting coolant out of the cap and even had the coolant in the overflow bubbling. Can pull the cap off at 210 with no pressure under the cap. Trying to see what the problem is

Considering the year we might have to go to the bad place.
But if this were me I would pressure test the new radiator cap and make sure the system is bled first.
A block test might be in order too.

Just to be clear
At 210 there is no pressure in the system?
when the vehicle is tilted, coolant spills out?

At 210 I can take the cap off and it won’t release pressure but I flexed it on a rock and coolant started spilling out the cap wasn’t overheating or anything

I’m hoping it’s not a cracked head but the more I read up on it. It’s seeming like it’s a bad head gasket or cracked head. I brought it out of a hole so the Jeep was at angle still at 210 and it started spraying out the cap again and my overflow was bubbling like crazy

test the cap or replace with a new good one. if still bad, do a system pressure test, and or compression/leakdown test.

good luck
