On a 93 grand cherokee laredo v6, the car cranks up after a full turn then a half, what would that be? Also the car is slow on take offs and it takes up to 3,000 rpms to shift to 2nd gear, what could that be also?

i nicked a picture off 4chan, because i thought it looked cool. its of a xj cherokee either on air bags or no suspention at all. right on the ground. and i wanted to do this to one in nz (RHD country). but with 2wd. im not a noob to cars. just cherokees, as the only ones that came our way were 4wd auto. petrol or 4cyl diesel. i was wondering what was the auto trans the chrysler used for the 2wd version?

Also be careful with pics from 4chan lol. You sure it wasn't simply an XJ with no axles and cardboard wheels drawn in? Or a Ford Escort lol

If you have an 89, you likely have a Dana 35 rear non c-clip. Also, if you have a 4.0L with AW4 automatic, then you have 3.55 gears. Find a 97+ XJ with the C8.25 rear axle from a 4.0L automatic (so it'll have 3.55 gears also). The C8.25 is 20x better than a D35 and it has 29 splines and is a much beefier axle. I have a 96 cherokee xj classic. My daytimes have never worked as a matter of fact i just found out from another thread that i have them. anyway the courtesy lights would work sometimes and sometimes not. I installed a set of hid's and if i turn the lights on and turn them off and i get a nasty buzzing sound from under the dash and it slows down but never stops. If i turn the car on and turn the lights on and then off and then turn off the jeep the headlight comes back on! wtf? could it be because of the daytime harness? should i unplug the harness under the coolant?

i unplugged that harness and the truck doesnt start so either i need toi make that jumper or i had the wrong harness! is there a simple way to bypass the courtesy, and daytimes and just use the headlight switch for on and off? maybe that will solve the problem!
