im finishing up a ZJ disc conversion on my 8.25 & i have a couple questions.
-what wheel studs should i get, mine are too short. is there a certain size i can go to autozone and ask for?
-what brake lines should i use, its 4" on 33's. (i dont have the softlines that bolt to the rear calipers)

There's nothing wrong with it. They're just divisive topics that don't seem to have a lot of middle ground. People either hate AALs and wheel spacers, or they don't have a problem with them. Not much in between.
The reason I put the idea down initially is because most people don't realize the maintenance required when using wheel spacers, and they can become dangerous if left unchecked. We do love new ideas here, especially homebrew ones. If you do them right, you'll get a lot of praise. If you screw them up, people will be sure to tell you lol

no trouble - we just want to make sure people are safe. Without knowing someone's background and experience it's hard - just don't want some random guy drilling holes in pieces of steel in his garage and slapping them on

That's up to you. I'm certainly not an expert on spacers, so I would say to research. See what the requirements are, know exactly what you need to do, what materials to use, and then decide if you have the capability of making them safely. I don't do much beyond hand tools, so it would be far beyond my ability. However, I don't know your level of experience or what tools you have access to.
