Be sure to check torque on them often!
Got ya, thanks for the idea!

I don't do much beyond hand tools, so it would be far beyond my ability. However, I don't know your level of experience or what tools you have access to.
If this turns out to be too much work or if im even kinda doubtful if this will work, i dont have a problem buying spacers from a company. Im not trying to be cheap and save money at every corner i can, im just thinking that it doesnt make sense to pay 2x the amount for them when i have the ability to make them myself. But as always, safety first. Safety is definatly priority

I only made the ones I needed for the same reason. But I got my 6061 for free. If you have to buy a solid chunk you probably couldn't beat the price to just buy a pair by much.

Call around, some auto parts stores have wheel stud assortments you can buy them by size. Around here I go to Napa. As far as exact lenght that will depend on what kind of rim and lugnut style you use. Go to the pick and pull for your rear flex hoses also.

who makes the better shackle relocaters ? all i have been able to find are the ones rc has to offer but i swear i saw a forum member who had some posted up.
Also has anyone run teraflex 2 in lift shackles with RE 3.5 full leafs? By looking at it i'm kinda sure the angle of the dangle is going to be improper if i install them, i'm running stock shackles still and they are barely off from 90* but leaning the right way.

Forget the shackle relocators forget budget lifts get a full leaf 4.5" lift with added accessories. Do a long arm and you'll be happy. Shackle relocators shorten the leafs lives it seems. But to each his own I'm just saying cause I har the terraflex 2" lift and RC shackle relocators

UPDATE: i just got my OBDII Tester, got 3 Codes:

o2 Sensor Circuit High Volts Bank 1 Sensor 1
o2 Sensor circuit high volts bank 1 sensor 2
and Pending: o2 Sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2.

also, the "I/M" tester had the Catalyst Monitor, Evaporative System Monitor, o2 Sensor monitor and o2 sensor heater monitor all "Not Ready"

does this mean 1 or both of my sensors are bad? or could it be that since i replaced one of them, it's not compatible with the other?

thanks

Have you checked all of the wiring? It's not uncommon for the wires running to the rear O2 to get chewed up by critters or the drive shaft

Try not to hit them, but they are alright. Don't spray the ECM or alternator, or the fuse box , try to keep them dry but it's alright If they get a little wet. Spray everything you wanna clean with some good degreaser wait a while and rense it. You can just use a hose if you don't have a pressure washer.
