Get a hose, go crazy for 20 mins and have someone sit in the either that or go through the car wash while you're in the back

To tell you the truth, I'd really check your connections, ha the same problem just recently and thought the same thing. "something so simple can not be my problem!" Dukie said over and over, check your connections. I did and what do ya know fired right up. I would not only check your terminals but also what mounts them to it. I had the ones that as you tighten them the metal warps around the terminals. What I didn't know was that after a while of taking them on and off at them being fully tightened they eventually loosen and won't be able to get a solid connection any more.

I changed my cluster from the one with no rpms and only heating, battery and oil lights to a sport cluster tht had actual gauges and now they don't work, I have a coolant leak and I can't tell when it's about to over heat, do I need to buy a new part for the heat sensor or is it just bad?

You might be able to buy new sensors and see if it can work that way, although I'm not sure if you'd be able to get a tachometer reading if it didn't come stock with your cluster. Probably the easiest way to do it would to just be to fix the leak I would think. Do you know where it is leaking from? Maybe just a hole in a hose?

Did you swap out only the faces or did you install all the wiring and such with it

Everything depends on the year of your XJ and the year of the XJ the cluster came from. To swap my '88 MJ cluster to get real gauges, I have to replace a couple sensors. I think it was oil pressure and temperature.

How long does it take for my ECU to learn my new injectors? Would it caused idle to be a little lower than usual?

50 warm up cycles. It resets to factory default, so changes depend on how it was running before the reset.

Hmmm. Well I just did a lot of work and I'm trying to figure out why it's running rough and low at idle. It also is still getting up to 220 after awhile and the cooling system has a lot of pressure behind it. And I'm just trying to sort it all out.
