I have 2 questions and I tried to search them but this seemed easier!! First I'm installng a roll in bed liner, but I need some ideas for a plug for the factory hole in the passenger side floor board(92 cherokee sport)???? Any ideas. Second wanting to mount my new KC lights on the front bumper, but not in the two holes that are already in the bumper I would like to build some kind of a bar to mount to the holes then attach the lights to the bar. I've seen it on the forum but couldnt fing it again!!

Thats the problem...the bolts are so rusted that if I attempt to remove them they will snap off and require drilling out...I don't have the kind of money or the resources to do this. She is my daily driver and I have now had to borrow someones car to make it to classes for the last month.
Im thinking Im just going to cut the exhaust pipe and use some muffler tape to repair it until I can get a new exhaust put on this winter.

Question, I am mounting some offroad lights to my bumper. Where are the airbag sensors located in the front bumper? I'd rather not drill right into them lol.

Thanks! This is a 2000 XJ Sport, so will there be anything in the bumper I can possibly hit? If they are not in the bumper where are they located?

Thanks again.

The bumper is just a piece of steel bolted to the unibody. Theres nothing behind it. I don't know where they are.

actually there is. The vacuum reservoir for the engine and a/c system is located behind the front bumper.

Should I worry drilling about 2-3 off the pass side of the bumper?

That's right where that reservoir is. You can look behind the bumper to see if you're going to hit anything.
