Renix Engine Monitor. If I had a Renix I'd be all over that.

That is really cool, but I currently just don't have the money for things like that. If anyone wants to get me a late Christmas present

I unplugged the coolant temp sensor (at least I believe it was the right one.) the one tucked up on the side of the block. No change in driving

What year?
For Renix, it's on the radiator
HO, it's on the thermostat housing

It's the 87 mj. There's 3 on renix I thought. One on the radiator controls the efan, one on the back of the head controls the gauge in the cluster, and the one on the side of the block sends the signal to the ecu.

You're right, my mistake. It's been a few years since I messed with a Renix cooling system

I was shocked at how much junk actually came out of mine.
Yup. Good idea. Thorough cleaning of everything involved in the fuel delivery process, electrical connections and grounds, and other such items you don't normally think about will keep 'em running great for a long time.

Meh... 17's are pretty common for 35"+ tires as normally people run larger brakes the bigger the tires. Helps to have more inner wheel diameter to support them.

Default HVAC Box Part Question

Can anyone tell me where this goes? I am replacing my heater core etc, and this piece was laying in the box after taking everything out and I don't know where it went.

In this case I'm going to concede to this very good point. If sidewall profile is also being increased along with the wheel diameter then it makes sense. But when you increase wheel diameter and lower the profile of the sidewall without also increasing the diameter of the tire it is very ignorant and impractical for a vehicle designed and marketed to also be used off road.

BC - I need to replace lower control arms OR new bushings - if I figure out what these are :-/
And/ or if they stock length? ???

or - 'junkyard upgrades'?

...also Olympic 4x4 says $99.00 for X brand curved LCA's ... - good?
