182k and they're most likely original, so I guess it can't hurt.

I shot a video for you, about 3-4 degree temperature is rising at idle,3:30 minutes in the electric fan is activated(temp 102C-103C) and 4.53 minutes in the electric fan is stop.(101C)

Why do you think the heat is rising idling ?

I think a little old but it works properly fan shroud, I cracked the top side bands.

My car: 98XJ
I still say that's normal. Especially with how hot your ambient air temp is.

I'd guess 3/16" maybe 1/4". Travelling for work, not at home, otherwise I'd walk out and measure the one I pulled off the ZJ.

Resolved as in not satisfactory?
btw:
If that shroud gets sucked into the fan it will wipe out that radiator/fan/whatever else gets in it's way almost guaranteed.

outside temp 82*F, I still think that should work in 99C 100C, I changed the fan shroud you think it would help?

The fan shroud directs airflow, it is important. As mentioned yours could break apart and do damage to other parts.

When I got mine it didn't have a fan shroud. Still doesn't...lol(planning on getting one eventually) We generally have temps lower than 80F though but even when my electric fan wasn't working the temp didn't creep up much past 212F even when I was trying. We had one day that was about 80F, I thought I had fixed my electric fan wiring and so purposely driving slow and climbing steep grades in 4 high instead of 4 low I only could force it to go to about 240F. As soon as I got back on a trail it would drop pretty fast. On a 75F day with 2/3rds of the radiator blocked off with cardboard the electric fan could always bring it down from 217F to 201F no matter what I was doing to it. Sometimes it took 10 minutes if I was flogging it but if I stopped and idled it would turn off within 5 minutes every time.

If you're talking about the flexible line, a brake hose works.

If you keep doing that? Permanent damage to your retinas.
