Why electric fan does not cool till temperature become 98 C degree
Please help and explain me detailed to solve it's problem.

I am waiting to get a response.
Thank you all.
I am not sure what you're asking here. The electric fan is supposed to come on at 103°C and shut off when the coolant reaches 98°C.

Are you saying it only shuts off at 102°C?

How are you determining that it is only shutting off at 102°C? Are you using the gauge on the dash, a thermometer, or a scanner that displays information from the computer?

So I tore apart my Jeep to get a better Idea of what is going on for installing the power leather seats I should be picking up this weekend. So I have the C6 plug in the fuse box. See the first photo. I am missing the 25 amp silver fuse. No big deal on that. See the second photo. The third photo is the connector and ground under the passenger side seat. Fourth photo is what I am guessing is my seat belt chime. Can't find any other wiring there. So I am guessing I steal the connector circled on the left in the fifth photo, with the ground screw for that side of the harnes, plug it in to the connector in the circle on the right in the same photo which is what is going into C6 in my fuse box from the donor Jeep and I am good?

Ahh. This is not an accurate way to tell. These gauges are not precise instruments, just to give you an idea. You need to use something like a ScanGauge or other OBD-II scanner device that reads the data from the computer.

Of course this just tells you that the computer's programming is working properly. If you want to find out if the the sensor itself is accurate, you need to use something like an infrared thermometer to determine what the REAL temperature is.

I broke off a wheel stud earlier and now I'm trying to replace it. I got the new stud but there isn't enough clearance to get the old one out or the new one in. I know on most cars there's a slot cutout in for times like this but can't seem to find one. Any ideas?

Can they be replaced on the xj without pulling the hub/axle?

Longtime lurker on here, but finally decided to make a account.

I am looking at buying a 93 2dr XJ, tcase is stuck in 4lo.

From talking with the guy "you have to hold the shifter otherwise it will slip out and make horrible noises, also the rear drive shaft is too short so that could be causing the problem and the t case could just be shot."

I am not very familiar with the manual XJ's, never had a problem like that with my old 93 AW4 or my current 98 AW4.

SO my question is; could the tcase be locked half in 4LO causing this? Tcase completely shot or worse yet the transmission shot?
I had a similar event with a 93 dodge diesel and the tcase was just stuck in between the gears.

Sounds like the TC is trying to pop out of 4LO and into Neutral. Might need a new TC. Might just need linkage adjustment

Linkage may be out of adjustment and/or engine & transmission mounts worn. Might even get lucky and be out of fluid!!!

Is it lifted?

Transfer case is the same as your other XJs.
