Does anyone know what the two relays under the airbox are for?
Also, what wires should be running out of them? One has 3 wires coming out, and I can see that there was a 4th that corroded.

Since this seems to be an up hill only problem you're fighting
, are you SURE that the water pump is pumping in the right direction? If the belt is running on the correct side of the pulley, the only other thing to check is whether the pump's veins are facing the proper direction. You could check that by inspecting through the hose outlet. I THINK the XJ water pump turns IN REVERSE direction to what is normal. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/a...tation-293751/ I know it's an off the wall suggestion but it's better than beating you head against it

Can someone provide a picture of the connector under the airbox for the front lights?
I removed mine, and have a blue wire with a black tracer left, and can't figure out which wire it was connected too(no other blue wire with black tracer).
