Yea they do, I've got a 96 xj and I took some out of a 01 and they sit perfect. Not too high not too low!

I got a 89 Laredo and I am pretty sure that I have a D30 in the front and a D35 in the rear but I don't no what gears I have in them. I want to change out the rear axle but I was told I need to make sure the gears match the front. So my question is how do I figure out what gears are in my diffs

Well if you have an open diff, wich im sure you do. Block the tires at one end of the vehicle to keep it from rolling, and then jack up a tire. Place the transmission in neutral and release the parking brake if you are checking the rear diff. Spin the tire exactly TWO full revolutions while at the same time counting exactly how many revolutions the driveshaft spins (marking the driveshaft and tires beforehand will make it easier to count revolutions). The number of revolutions the driveshaft spins is your gear ratio.

There's nothing on your jeep that will say "XJ". That's just the model code jeep uses to identify which body style is is.

"Renix" is the engine management system used in very early (1984-1991) Jeep Cherokees, different than the chrysler system that is in yours. Renix Cherokees had no diagnostic capabilities built into them, making troubleshooting a bit more difficult.

How could you, of all people, speak ill of Anya after all those professions of love? There's nothing rogue about her! The "D" in XD stands for Devoted and that's an extremely rare quality.
