Two little clamps on either side. I've always pulled out the Gauge cluster.

Alright in need of some help right now. I'm not a professional in electricity, so I don't know if there's a way to still make this work.
Basically this is my old headlight switch:

While removing the wires, I noticed my new headlight switch is 99% similar, except for that particular spot. Now it's located right next to a side, so the connector can't connect properly. (sorry for the ****ty pics, I tried my best)
Is there some kind of way to fix this? Otherwise the switch fits perfectly with the wires and the ****.

Alrighty. Time to crawl underneath and find what's loose. Might take quite a bit of shaking with your hands.

NewKindOfClown's concern is that while we do that with out 6-7L oil capacity Jeeps all day long the procedure might be different for an engine with half of the oil capacity. One should really be asking Toyota questions on a Toyota forum... their engines are newer than 1964

The oil is pitch black. I had to replace a leaking valve cover gasket. The valve cover was completely black and had slug built up on it. I'll just do 1/3 in the oil if he wants to do it. Then the rest in the intake and gas tank. Will it smoke once I put it in the intake
