Are the bolts on the differential usually really tight? I tried to remove my cover but all of the bolts are really tight. I tired using a hammer to tap them loose but they won't budge. I'm trying to change the rear differential because it is wet around the seal with fluid.

If it's the first time you've pulled the cover then it is highly possible they are going to be very tight. Small 3/8 drive impact gun makes quick work of them. Be careful not to break em.

Though I got hollered at a few months back for saying you can replace the bearing, the one in my 1999 went and I replaced it. The pulley slid off the shaft pretty easily, the bearing was staked in. We ground off the stakes, pressed out the old one, and put the new one in, in about 15 minutes. I ordered the part from Advance and had it delivered to my local store. Cost about $22.00 total and has been fine so far, for about 3200 miles.

Default Wet driver's side flooring

Hi,

I have a 95 XJ country and I have a problem on the driver's side floor getting wet. I've been reading a lot of threads about leaks into the driver's side but my problem is it gets wet when I use the AC and couldn't figure out where's it coming from, usually it should be on the passenger side, where the blower is. Any ideas??

Bring a sample to the fabric store. Easy way to do that is unscrew your sun visor and get a fabric of similar color.

Sounds like your condensation drain is clogged up.

The drain is located on the passenger side? Can't find it on the driver side.

Right below the blower motor in the engine bay.

What do you guys think my drive train is worth? 89 4.0 new alternator, new water pump new timing chain and gears, and a new harm balancer. 268k on it runs great.

Aw4 with about 100k on it, no issues.

231 tc with 268k on it, never had an issue with it.

New sensors include,
Knock sensor
O2 sensor
Cps
And tps

Edit also has a fresh oil pan and valve cover gasket.

Which bumper is stronger, won't bend as easily? Plate or tube?
