Welcome to the site! There are a lot of factors that can affect MPG like that, for a stock 1999 the most likely culprit is going to be a combination of lack of maintenance (bad spark plugs, distributor, filters) and some repair items (cracked manifold, bad O2 sensor). If you do a search on here you will see about a zillion threads covering the subject. There are a lot of things to check, especially if you're playing catchup and don't really know the age or status of many components.

BTW the in-site search blows chunks. Dump whatever you're looking for into Google and add "site:cherokeeforum.com", much better set of results.

So APNs header is out of stock on ineedparts.com until mid November. That was supposed to be last month but I still need to replace my header. Is there another place to get an APN or a equally good header for the same price?
