Oh yes, I forgot! I sprayed some starter fluid into the carb and got absolutely no change. This seems to support the no spark condition does it not?

Re: Overhead Console Install

Found one in good condition and want to put it in my '01 XJ. However, the wiring for it was cut before the fusebox and the harnesses are not available and the temp sensor is not included.

How hard will this be to wire into my Jeep (I assume I won't be able to find the actual harnesses anywhere)?

Where can I get the Temp sensor as it isn't included?

Thanks,
Jamie

I think it's either not the CPS or you are getting fuel and you aren't aware of it.

When you turn the key on it should prime and then stop. It'll only start up again once the engine starts.

If you're not getting a prime at all then the fuel issue has nothing to do wtih the CPS.

They should have a box full of different o-rings you can choose from.

Good point this is true. Besides can't the cps be tested if anything for voltage

How would that verify that it's not a fuel delivery problem?

It does verify that it's not getting spark but it doesn't verify that he's getting fuel. The OP says he's not getting either.

Does anyone have experience with 500 denier Cordura nylon? I'm thinking of using it as headliner material. I want something that's not going to rip like the stock headliner fabric.
