What is the easiest way to fix a transfer case nut on the inside of the frame rail? Installed a transfer case drop and one nut broke lose so it rattles. Any help is great and don't want to cut a bunch of stuff

Cut a hole in the floor directly above the nut. I assume you mean the crossmember bolts?

Remove the old nut and add a new one. Done.

Where can I get the console mount/duct piece that always breaks.. a user said someone here makes them out of metal and sell them here. TIA!

*dumb question * what size is the the axle side bolt for a iron rock track bar.

Should be same as stock. 10mm-1.5, 75mm long.

The previous owner of my jeep removed the foot panel incorrectly and snapped some of the clips in the foot I would like to replace these while I have my door panel off. There's a picture of what Im talking about. Any ideas on where I can get new ones? Thanks

That's what we call a connector.

It's like a wire splice, but you can take it apart and put it back together again.
