I have been running a 3.5 inch lift for some time now, and have not done a pinion angle adjustment. Do I need to do one? What should the pinion angle look like? I have been blowing u-joints.

These are the CORRECT way:
Standard:

TC Drop:

SYE + CV Driveshaft:
I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that came with the factory radio. I installed a Kenwood DNX5120 In Dash Navigation in to the system with the proper dash kit to fit a new Dash Bezel. Heres my issue I cannot locate the proper bezel. All of the mopar bezels for this vehicle to upgrade to nav have a large round top trim that doesnt fit my dash. The bezel that came with the factory radio is square not round on the top. Any one else ran in to this issue? Im kind of stuck at this point not even any of the parts dealers have been able to find the correct part needed.
This is a picture of what everyone keeps trying to sell me: http://www.wkjeeps.com/nav/radio_bezel_02s.jpg
This is a picture of what my current bezel looks like removed: http://www.wkjeeps.com/sound/radio_brackets_01.jpg

this looks like what you need no? I doubt the bezel changed between 2005 and 2006. I don't know for sure but picture looks accurate

edit: looked at the first picture again...It looks like the rounded section is supposed to fit over the dash at the top on the Navigation models. Yes the standard din models don't have this, but i think it came like that oem on the navi models, and should fit fine.

Ok I have something that has got me stumped without having a ECM testing tool. I have a 88 Cherokee 4.0 it gets spark and will run if helped to do so. The injectors aren't getting anything from the computer. I have fuel psi and if you hot-wire the injectors it will start and run. Everything I've seen on here say the cps controls the spark. I have picked up another ECM and distributor from the junk yard with no luck. I have tested the injector wires at the ECM. I'm at a lost and don't know where to go next. Anything will help thanks.

how are you hotwiring the injectors to pulse???
I would check the ACTUAL fuel pressure first, not the fact that this simply is fuel pressure.
Second - how is the condition of the grounding strap at the back of the valve cover to the firewall? A good ground is necessary for the injectors to pulse via ecu. Green and crusty = replace, shiny(ish) = probably ok but clean the contact points up really well.
Third - Camshaft Position Sensor is suspect here - located in the distributor. Test the sensor as well as the outputs on the distributor. I seem to remember a TSB concerning the cam sensor leads failing.

In other words, it's not going to be easy to find intact, complete, operable, or at all. Not to discourage you but it's a lot harder of an addition on your year than some of the later years
