A bad O2 was making my wife's Jeep do all kinds of crazy **** I never thought an O2 would cause.

 

Sure, I can tell where the hose goes by seeing a picture of the last 1/4 inch of it...

Thanks for that IAC post cruiser. And oreillys wouldnt check for codes since i said it didnt have the check engine light on. According to them there wont be any codes unless the lights on.

...codes are stored in OBDII. And a '96 is an OBDII.

Will a bad tps give me bad mileage?

 

Why is there 8 different methods to resetting the ecu. Most common spoken one is disconnect positive cable and touch it to the compressor while the negative cable is still hooked l the battery. Is this one correct or touch them together while brh are disconnected. The second way sounds like the current stored will hve no where to go and burn something up??
